Biography

Xinyi (Amber) Ni is a Project Specialist for Dr. Genevieve Kanter at the USC Schaeffer Center. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University, where she used econometrics and statistical analysis to study a range of policy issues, including small-business development, female employment, and international development.

Prior to joining the Schaeffer Center, Amber worked at GateKeeper Proximity, an identity and access management solution provider, where she supported clients across mission-critical industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and law enforcement in achieving cybersecurity compliance. Bringing this industry experience into academia, Amber now applies her analytical background to health policy and economics research at the Schaeffer Center.

Originally from Xiamen, China, Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language and Literature from Fudan University.
