Dana Goldman, William Padula, Joe Grogan and Barry Liden submitted a comment letter on the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ)’s analysis for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)’s requirements for Coverage with Evidence Development (CED) study design. Researchers at Schaeffer Center have been studying how evidence can be used to define value in the healthcare system since 2012 – the comments draw on their experiences and perspectives developed in that research.
