Parker Rogers is an Assistant Professor at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an invited researcher with J-PAL’s Science for Progress Initiative. He studies how institutions and policy shape innovation, market structure, and safety in medical technologies—using quasi-experimental designs and AI-enabled data linkages across the healthcare supply chain.
